Include your order number and we can help much faster. If you have an account it is on your orders page; otherwise it is at the top of your confirmation email.

Something wrong with your order

If an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos and we will put it right. See our return policy.

International orders

We cannot take orders outside the United States through the online checkout, but we are glad to arrange them by hand. Tell us what you would like, where it is going, and a phone number for customs, and we will reply with an invoice. International orders have a $20.00 USD minimum before shipping.
